Warranty Information

All Duckhead Forge knives come backed with a general warranty. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the unused product within 30 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned to Duckhead Forge, we will refund the purchase price excluding the return shipping. To make a return, please follow the guidelines in our Return Policy.

Some handle materials may shrink, crack, and discolor with change in humidity, temperature, or age. This is normal and is not covered under this warranty.

Our warranty does not cover abuse, improper usage, misuse, or accidental damage.

Blade damage sustained from any of the above can be repaired at a cost to the purchaser.
