Our return policy is valid within 30 days of your purchase. A return will not be accepted more than 30 days past the purchase of your item. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. Upon return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Used, abused, damaged, or misused items are not eligible for a return.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service if the cost of the item you are returning exceeds $75.00. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is not received, we are unable to offer a refund.
To initiate a return, please send an email to duckheadforgellc@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and request for return.

Once your returned item has been received by Duckhead Forge, we will reply to your original email to notify you that your item was received. After inspection and approval of the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. This process may take up to 10 days.
If you prefer to receive store credit, please let us know in your original email requesting a refund. Store credit is valid until December 31 of the year it is acquired in. Any unused store credit will be forfeited by the customer on January 1.
